I’ve created this workout program for you to follow along with me as we make progress week by week with a 3 day training split. Designed to be intense, flexible, and easily auto-regulated as the weeks pass, you can breathe easy knowing that you’ve got a plan that will cover all of your bases, no matter how many days you want to spend in the gym each week.
This L/P/P Program (legs, pull, push) is designed to cover the entire body with just 3 days of exercise and 4 days of rest per week.
Included is a "A" workout week, as well as a "B" workout week. This will keep your three workouts per week fresh and never dull.
