I personally am a HUGE believer that hormones play an even bigger roll in fat loss than calories do. This is why I love CBD. This nutrient is a crucial factor than almost EVERY American is missing in their diet.

To briefly review, the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a group of specialized fatty acid-based signaling chemicals (think “keys”), their receptors (think “locks”), and the metabolic enzymes that produce and break them down. These endocannabinoid chemical signals act on similar brain and immune cell receptors (CB1 and CB2) using the active compounds found in cannabis – cannabidiol (CBD), and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). Healthy compounds like this provide so many benefits to the body!

CBD has anti-inflammatory, anti-disease, anti-cancer, and anti-psychotic properties. These amazing nutrients used to be in our diets regularly up until the 1930's when hemp was banned. Needless to say, incorporating this into your diet each day will help build the immune system, help with digestion, and even help your metabolism. With the fact that CBD touches every cell and hormone in your body, there is fat loss and fat mobilization benefits.


Cannabidiol, “CBD” is a cannabis compound that has remarkable medical benefits. CBD does not make people feel“high,” unlike THC. CBD, however, can counteract the psychoactivity from THC. In other words, CBD is relaxation without intoxication. This means you get all the benefits of this natural substance without any thc making the person feel high.
