How long does it take to see results?
People always ask this question and it completely depends on the individual and how dialed in they are with their training and especially NUTRITION. If the workouts are in check but not the diet then we will not be seeing any type of results.
If the nutrition is in check but not the workouts, weight loss may occur but you will not look any more defined. Just a smaller version of yourself!
So the key comes down to training properly in a progressive overload program that has you getting stronger by the week! The other aspect is making sure that you are getting in enough protein to fuel new muscle growth.
If you get the whole package dialed in, you will notice that within 3-4 weeks you will completely change your physique and notice progress.
