What is in My fridge?
Basics. Easy. Simplistic. This is what your fridge should always look like, with as many whole food sources as possible.
My fridge always has these items.
1.Meat - any kind,chicken,steak,beef,ham,turkey,ect.
4. Peanut Butter
6. Almond Milk.
9. Bell Peppers/tomatoes.
Notice how there is not processed food ever? This is key to being healthy. Stick to the basics and the health takes care of itself. Cut the processed carbs.
