Caffeine for FAT LOSS
When a person wants to lose weight to better their health for weight loss or appearance it can be a very daunting task. People see the 8/12/16/20 weeks of prep work and a million things may go through their head. This is completely normal because dieting is hard.
When cravings set in or hunger starts to develop throughout the day and there is not many calories left to eat, CAFFEINE is the perfect solution! Now, I'm not talking about sugar laced caffeinated drinks, I'm talking about 0 calorie beverages. This includes black coffee, black or green unsweetened tea, diet soda, and sugar free energy drinks. I know when it comes to diet soda/energy drinks the chemicals are not healthy. However, if your main concern is fat loss they can really help.
Caffeine is a very powerful appetite suppressant and if you are doing Intermittent fasting, caffeine is your best friend because it will help you push through the last few hours of your fast! So give it a try, next time you are hungry, grab a cold brew coffee and watch your appetite disappear! Fat loss comes down to caloric restriction simple as that. If stimulants such as caffeine make it easier for you to do this than by all means go for it!
